Horizontal batch ice-cream machine produces an artisan, solid perfect-made dairy ice cream. Depending on the desired adjustment produced ice cream will be more or less hard but always dry.

Ice cream extraction is fully automatic and fast, without dismantling and free from bacteria.

Built in stainless steal bisi - 304.
Very wide ice-cream exit to make easier the fast complete emptying of the cylinder.
Control keys with conventional signs depicted which make easy programme election, showing task on duty.
Timer clock which permits time election for producing any kind of ice cream, granita or sorbet. From 0 to 15 minutes.
Control panel works at low voltage for operator security.
Warning bell announce production completed, automatically stopping the compressor.
